Q: Can I change or cancel my order?
A: Please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order at support@livaussies.com.au. After this timeframe, orders may already be processed by our suppliers and cannot be changed.
Q: Why did I receive only part of my order?
A: Since we source products from multiple suppliers, your items may arrive in separate packages. Donβt worry β the rest of your order is on its way.

Q: How long does delivery take?
A: Standard delivery usually takes 5β11 business days Australia-wide. Delivery times may vary depending on the product and supplier.
Q: When will I get my tracking number?
A: Tracking details are emailed once your order is shipped. Please allow 2β3 business days for the tracking link to show movement.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: At this time, we only ship within Australia.
